Bar Rufus, located on the lobby level, features classic French bistro dishes concepted by acclaimed Minneapolis-based chef Daniel del Prado. Celebrating the history of the building’s namesake, Rufus Rand, Bar Rufus features a dining menu of classics including Duck a l’Orange with gastrique and serrano peppers; Escargot with bone marrow in a bordelaise sauce; and the Le MacDo cheeseburger with shaved white onion, American cheese, and whole grain mustard. Bar Rufus offers a French wine list and selections of classic cocktails concepted by DDP Restaurant Group Bar Director, Megan Luedtke. The cocktails will have a distinctive DDP Restaurant Group twist with classics such as a French 75 but with le carre french brandy, lemon and champagne; Martini Française with vodka, lacto-fermented raspberry liqueur and pineapple.
